NORWOOD, Ohio -- A man accused of luring a teen into his home to perform sex acts appeared in court Tuesday.
Gerald Franklin was arraigned Tuesday morning in the Hamilton County Municipal Court.
Det. Jeff Kirby said Franklin invited a 14-year-old boy into his home, in the 4000 block of Montgomery Road, on February 15, and told him he would give him some used video games.
Franklin then asked the teen sex-related questions, and asked the teen to masturbate while he watched.
Surveillance video captured the teen entering the apartment, and running away three minutes later.
Officers spoke to Franklin at his home on February 24. Franklin failed to show up to two meetings with police after that date.
