CINCINNATI - This weekend will be all about fighting breast cancer in Cincinnati.
"Sowing the Seeds of Hope" is Saturday and Sunday, presented by Robben Florist and Garden Center.
Saturday's event will include an educational day with gardening seminars and how to grow your own herbs at the Garden Center, 352 Pedretti Road.
Jewish Hospital's Mammography van will be at the center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Call (513) 686-3300 to schedule an appointment.
Also on Saturday, Remke Biggs will be hosting a free cooking demonstration with Chef Larry from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A wine paring will take place starting at 2 p.m. with live music. It costs $5 person.
Sunday will include a women's tea with the Delhi Historical Society from 2 to 3:30 p.m. It's also $5 per person.
WCPO-TV is a television media sponsor of the event.
Robben Florist and Garden center will donate a portion of their sales from this weekend on all items sold. They will also donate a portion of their sales from a special line of "pink product" the entire month of May.
Basket raffles will take place for both days and educational tables will be displayed from both organizations.
