CINCINNATI -- Southbound lanes of Interstate 71 near downtown Cincinnati were snarled for several hours Friday evening after a tractor trailer lost its load.
The incident happened at about 4 p.m. at mile marker 1.2, near the Lytle Tunnel. Traffic was affected for several hours.
It's unclear if anyone was injured in the accident.
The incident is under investigation.
