A major highway in Cincinnati has reopened after a semi-truck crash early Thursday shut down all lanes.

CINCINNATI -- A major highway in Cincinnati has reopened after a semi-truck crash early Thursday shut down all lanes.
The crash happened at about 2 a.m. on southbound I-71 near the end of the Lytle Tunnel.
Officials say the driver and his dog did not sustain injuries.
All lanes of SB I-71 at I-471 were closed until 5:15 a.m. while crews cleared the scene.
