CINCINNATI - A Westwood man faces charges after an altercation with police.

Cincinnati police said investigators were trying to arrest 56-year-old David Randolph at an apartment on Saint Lawrence and Enright streets on Friday morning when Randolph tried to push an officer out of a window.

Investigators said before Randolph shoved the officer, he kicked and spat on the officer too.

Randolph and the officer were on the third story of the building at the time of the incident.

Officials said Randolph is being held on a $30,000 bond.

No other details were released.
