CINCINNATI -- The city has sued to close the Diamond Palace Nightclub after undercover officers say they witnessed nude dancing in June.
> On June 17, undercover officers witnessed nude, semi-nude and lap dancing.
> A year ago, undercover officers went inside and found 20 females dancing in various stages of undress.
The club does not have a sexual business license and employees who danced nude were arrested.
Opherra Jones, 21, was taken into custody on Oct. 10. "While she was in a state of semi-nudity, [she] allowed numerous patrons to touch her butt and body. [She] danced in a semi-state of nudity without having a sexually oriented business license," according to court documents.
Jones is scheduled for arraignment in a Hamilton County courtroom at 9 a.m.
