Authorities arrested two people Sunday in connection with a multitude of alleged break-ins in Butler and Warren counties last week.
David Randolph Williams, 44, of Middletown, and Janet Ellis, 18, were arrested for nine counts of breaking and entering for the offenses they allegedly committed in Middletown, according to Middletown Lt. Scott Reeve. Reeve anticipates Williams and Ellis will eventually be arrested on a total of 32 counts of breaking and entering, as they are also believed to responsible for break-ins in neighboring communities beginning Dec. 3.
Businesses in Mason, Loveland, Monroe and Middletown are believed to be targets of the duo, according to Reeve.
The Warren County Sheriff's Office, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Mason, Loveland and Monroe police departments participated in the investigation, according to Reeve.
