CINCINNATI - Several teenagers who are accused in the beating of a North College Hill man last summer will have to wait a bit longer to find out their fate.
Three of the six teens were scheduled to appear before a judge for a hearing on Monday morning. That hearing has been rescheduled for July 2.
The teens are accused in the August 2012 beating of 45-year-old Pat Mahaney.
Prosecutors said the group attacked the man because the teens "were bored."
Mahaney suffered serious injuries in the attack including internal bleeding. The boys were 13 and 14-years-old at the time.
The teens were indicted under a serious youth offenders statue which allows them to be sentenced either as juveniles or as adults.
