Police: Man stabs taxi driver in the face, steals cab

CINCINNATI -- A man was arrested after allegedly stabbing a cab driver in the face and chest, then stealing his cab Wednesday afternoon.

Lenny May, 37, has been charged with aggravated robbery.

The cab driver picked up a fare in the 2200 block of Harrison Avenue when an altercation between the two occurred.

The cab driver was found in a parking lot on Hillsdale Avenue and transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He is undergoing surgery for his injuries.

May drove away in the purple 2004 Lincoln Towne Car with "Rideaway Taxi" on both the passenger and driver doors.
