CINCINNATI -- For a Cincinnati schoolgirl living with a life-threatening disease, extraordinary dreams really can come true.
Shanoah Moore has Sickle cell anemia, a blood disease which can limit her activities, but could also limit the number of days she's alive. She attends Winton Woods Elementary School.
A few days before Moore will celebrate her twelfth birthday, the Make-A-Wish Foundation decided to give her a magical surprise - one that will take her to meet princesses and ride roller coasters with her family.
"She is such a trooper," Moore's mother said. "She has gone through so much, to be able to have her exprience this is phenomenal."
