CINCINNATI – Don’t have tickets to LumenoCity? Don’t fret.
WCPO 9 On Your Side will air the event live Saturday, Aug. 2 thanks to a partnership with CET and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.
“LumenoCity: Live from Washington Park” will air on channel 9 at 9:30 p.m that Saturday. WCPO will add concert coverage beginning at 9 p.m. with “LumenoCity: Lighting Up A City Inspired” and will follow with the post-concert program, “LumenoCity: The AfterGlow” at 10:30 p.m.

Both WCPO programs will be hosted by Good Morning Tri-State co-anchors Kathrine Nero and Chris Riva.
CET will also broadcast the Saturday LumenoCity concert, live stream the entire event online for all three days and feed the live show to Riverbend and Fountain Square on Sunday, Aug. 3.

The first half of the “LumenoCity: Live from Washington Park” event features conductor John Morris Russell leading the Cincinnati Pops with guest performers. During the second half, the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, led by Music Director Louis Langrée, will perform five selections set to stunning visuals projected onto the façade of Music Hall.
