Kentucky State Police search for escaped Kenton County Detention Center inmate

COVINGTON, Ky. -- Kentucky State Police officers are looking for an inmate they say escaped from the Kenton County Detention Center on May 28.

Joseph Hall, 27, walked away from a work detail. It was not clear what job Hall was assigned.

He had been in jail since May 5, according to authorities of the KSP Dry Ridge Post, sentenced to 30 months on drug charges.

Hall is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds.

Police ask anyone with information on Hall's whereabouts to call (859) 428-1212.
