VILLA HILLS, Ky. -- Water rescue teams saved a family of 10 whose boat lost power and was floating adrift on the Ohio River around 4 a.m. Thursday.

The family says they had been watching the Disturbed and Breaking Benjamin concert Wednesday evening at Riverbend Music Center when the boat started taking on water, which killed the power. This stranded them and left them drifting downstream.

After a call to 911, rescue boats towed the boat to the Villa Hills Marina in Northern Kentucky just before 4 a.m. Thursday.

The rescued boaters were drenched by torrential downpours that moved through the Tri-State overnight, but otherwise they were just fine.
