KENTON COUNTY, Ky. -- A Northern Kentucky man who pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree is scheduled for sentencing Tuesday morning.
Thomas John Whaley, 31, appeared before a Kenton County judge in July on charges that included incest and sodomy. One of the counts is for a victim under the age of 12.
The first charge, a felony, is punishable by five to 10 years in prison. The second charge is punishable by 1 to 5 years.
The prosecutor is recommending a sentence of ten years in prison.
Whaley is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m.
