Gunman holed up inside Latonia home starts fire, surrenders to police
Michael Vaughan was arrested after being shot by officers who were returning fire.

The man, who was described as a decorated combat veteran by police, barricaded himself inside his Latonia home Saturday night.
The man who held area police at bay for more than 19 hours set fire to the house he barricaded himself in and exchanged gunfire with officers before being taken into custody.
