FORT WRIGHT, Ky. - Police closed the westbound I-275 lane and exit to KY-17 for several hours Monday while rescue crews dealt with a fuel tanker crash.
Rescue crews were called to the scene of the crash shortly before 10 a.m.
Police were forced to close the exit from the interstate while crews cleared the crash site.
Crews requested a foam unit from nearby communities to help deal with the situation.
Dispatchers said no one was injured in the crash.
The road reopened by 8:30 p.m. Monday.
