ERLANGER, Ky. -- A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a semi-truck late Thursday night that shut down ramps from northbound I-75 to I-275 for all of Friday morning.
The crash happened at about 11:15 p.m. on the northbound I-75 ramp to eastbound I-275 in Erlanger.
Police say Douglas Withrow, 50, of Fort Mitchell, was killed in the collision.
The driver of the truck, Waylon Miles, of Georgetown, Ind., was not injured.
Miles was hauling paint thinner, and hazmat crews had to assist in clearing the scene.
A third driver involved, Thomas Anderson, of Cincinnati, was not injured.
Police reopened the ramp from Donaldson Road to NB I-75 and East and West I-275 about noon Friday.
