CINCINNATI – The Ohio Supreme Court affirmed a contempt of court citation against Juvenile Court Judge Tracie Hunter on Friday.
The District Court of Appeals had found Hunter in contempt because she continued to ban Enquirer reporters from her courtroom after the appeals court ordered her to let them in.

Hunter banned Enquirer reporters after the newspaper reported the names of six juveniles involved in the beating of a North College Hill man in 2012.
WCPO has also sued Hunter over broad restrictions she placed on media in her courtroom. Those restrictions include a ban on identifying juvenile suspects and their parents in or out of court.
