AURORA, Ind. -- A man was shot then arrested after a struggle with his brother Friday.
Police were called to a residence on Hanover Avenue in Aurora Friday after Zachary Murray and his half-brother Joshua Sigmon were arguing, resulting in a rifle being fired.
Murray was transported to Dearborn County Hospital and treated for a gunshot wound to his right thigh. He was later charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon, pointing a firearm and criminal recklessness with a firearm.
After police searched the home where the incident occurred, belonging to Patrick Murray, they found drug paraphernalia and charged Patrick with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
A court date has not yet been set for either men.
