CINCINNATI -- Holtman's Donut Shop just celebrated last weekend's opening of its West Chester Township location, and now the legendary pastry-maker is breaking ground on a boozy new collaboration.
March First Brewing has teamed up with Holtman's to release a limited edition apple fritter-inspired cider from 4 to 10 p.m. Sept. 27 at the brewery's Sycamore Township taproom.
"We are passionate about Ohio-created products and supporting other local businesses. This exciting collaboration with Holtman's Donut Shop has allowed us to marry the two into a very tasty cider that we are sure you'll love," said Kevin Kluener, director of operations at March First.
March First is Hamilton County's first all-in-one brewery, distillery and cider maker. It opened its taproom this spring at 7885 E. Kemper Road.
