SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (Hamilton County) -- A pedestrian died after she was hit by a pickup truck Monday afternoon.
Yadu Baskota, of Springfield Township, was crossing at the intersection of Winton Road and Cloverview Avenue at about 1:15 p.m. when she was struck by a 2016 Ford F-150, police said in a news release.
Baskota died from her injuries, according to police. The driver was not hurt.
Police didn't immediately release the identity of the driver.
The incident was still under investigation. Police asked any witness or anyone with information to call them at 513-729-1300.
