CINCINNATI -- Officer David Lindenschmidt and Officer Philip Kidd, of the University of Cincinnati Police Department, were among those who testified Nov. 2, 2016 about the immediate aftermath they witnessed when now-former officer Ray Tensing shot Samuel DuBose in July 19, 2015.
