CINCINNATI -- A mother of three children in Forest Park accused of beating them with a leather belt was arraigned in a Hamilton County courtroom Tuesday morning. She was released on a promise that she would return to court.
Police say Crystal Criswell, 30, stuck her three children, ages 8, 10 and 11, with a leather belt on Sept. 8.
All three children told investigators they had been abused the past two years by Criswell with belts and extension cords, according to court documents.
Criswell is charged with three counts of child endangerment.
