CINCINNATI -- A man police say used gasoline to set another man on fire in Elmwood Place waived his court appearance Thursday in lieu of a competency hearing and was given a $500,000 bond.
Donnell Goodbread, 34, is charged with aggravated arson after the incident on March 1 at a residence in the 6600 block of Vine Street.
