Delhi Township installs seventh wall to honor veterans at memorial park

DELHI TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Delhi Township is dedicating a seventh wall to honor veterans at the Delhi Veterans Memorial Park at 1 p.m. Sunday.

The memorial was created in 2007 with just three walls planned, which has gradually expanded in the past decade.

Eighty-seven names of local veterans will be added to the newest 4,700-pound wall, which will eventually house 454 names. The names of those veterans who have died will be read aloud during the 1 p.m. ceremony at 934 Neeb Road.

WCPO Anchor Craig McKee, an Air Force veteran, will be one of the event's guest speakers.
