Robbery suspect from Westwood Walgreens wears purple pants, cops say

CINCINNATI -- The Walgreens in Westwood was robbed Wednesday evening at about 8:15 by a man said to have a black handgun while in the store.

The suspect entered the store at 3186 Harrison Avenue, and was only there for a few minutes before driving away. He took an unknown amount of cash and goods with him.

He was described by authorities from the Cincinnati Police Department as a white male about 6-feet tall, weighing 160-180 pounds. He wore a black hoodie and purple sweatpants.

The vehicle he used to get away was believed to be beige or taupe, but no one was able to determine its make or model.

No further information was immediately available.
