Kyle Bonner: Man arraigned after fatal Walnut Hills shooting

CINCINNATI -- A man arrested Thursday for his involvement in the fatal shooting of another man in Walnut Hills was arraigned in a Hamilton County courtroom Friday morning.

On March 20, police say Kyle Bonner, 18, shot Jack Cody III, 18, in the 900 block of East McMillan Street near a CVS Pharmacy. Cody III was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.

Bonner was arrested Thursday by the Cincinnati police Homicide Unit with the assistance of the Fugitive Apprehension Unit.

Bonner is charged with murder and his bond was set at $1 million.
