CINCINNATI -- Forget heading to the liquor store once your beer stash runs low since this on-demand delivery service promises to bring it straight to your home in the Queen City in under an hour.
VroomDelivery.com has officially launched its online, on-demand delivery service, which enables those of legal drinking age to shop hundreds of beers and wines right from their smartphone or desktop at the website here. Orders can be made either on-demand or up to 10 days in advance.
“Vroom is incredibly proud to be supporting local businesses and serving the Cincinnati community,” said John Nelson, president of Vroom Delivery. “Cincinnati is a beer town and that is evident in the fact that our service radius continues to grow. Currently, we are delivering to nearly 50 percent of Cincinnati proper, but additional stores continue to come on board.”
Vroom Delivery partners with state liquor stores, convenience stores, markets and local brewers, allowing consumers to have their favorite local craft beers, macro brews and wine delivered directly to their homes. In most areas, delivery is available until at least 10 p.m., with late-night delivery available past midnight in select locations.
Purchasers must be 21 years of age and present a valid photo ID that matches the name on the credit card used to make the purchase. Deliveries are either made by the stores or by a properly permitted third party.
