CINCINNATI -- Police say a man took bold steps to procure money from a Westwood gas station early Saturday morning.
A suspect smashed a glass door, unlocked it, and then removed an entire cash register from an Exxon gas station near Glenmore Avenue and Werk Road.
The owner of the station said the register was worth about $20,000. The amount of money taken from inside the register was not provided.
A K-9 unit tracked the suspect to Glenmore, where police believe he had a get away vehicle and left the scene.
