CINCINNATI – An inmate who escaped the Hamilton County Justice Center at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday morning is back in jail.
Chief Deputy Mark A. Schoonover reports that Paul Elijah Green, 19, left the detention center and fled southbound on Reedy Street. He was caught in Lincoln Heights and was back in jail, with new charges, Sunday.
Green was working the kitchen detail wearing a pair of white jail pants and no shirt when he escaped.
He was originally in the detention center facing two counts of burglary, according to court documents.
