CINCINNATI -- A baby's leg was broken in two places and police say a Sayler Park man is to blame.
Zackery Taylor, 21, is charged with two counts of endangering children and one count of felonious assault after investigators say he broke the tibia and fibula bones in his 4-month-old baby's leg.
The incident happened on August 21, 2013 at a residence located in the 6900 block of Gracely Drive.
Taylor was scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Friday for arraignment.
