CINCINNATI -- A baby's leg was broken in two places and police say a Sayler Park man is to blame.

Zackery Taylor, 21, is charged with two counts of endangering children and one count of felonious assault after investigators say he broke the tibia and fibula bones in his 4-month-old baby's leg.
