CINCINNATI – Saint Xavier High School and Saint Vivian Parish & School were placed on lockdown shortly after 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The schools, located on North Bend Road and Winton Road, were placed on lockdown until shortly after noon as authorities searched for a suspect possibly involved in a domestic dispute and carrying a gun.
A helicopter was used to survey the area. A suspect was not located, according to authorities on the scene.
After conducting their search of the area police felt the area was secure enough to clear the lockdown status that prevents anyone from entering or leaving the schools.
