Rosedale to take over former Famous Neons Unplugged spot

CINCINNATI -- The former space of Famous Neons Unplugged has a new tenant.

4EG, the company behind bars and restaurants like Lachey's and the Mount Adams Pavilion, announced on Facebook Monday that they were taking over the space.

Though the announcement video had more balloons than details, the company did write the new business, called Rosedale, will include a kitchen and be dog-friendly.

Here's the video:

Neons closed in December as their lease ended at the end of the year. Wellman Brands, which owns Neons, released a statement then saying they were looking for a new space with more seating, space and parking.
