CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a man who they said stole a purse while holding a door open for the victim.
John Horn, 30, was on the University of Cincinnati campus Monday when he held a door open for a woman with a stroller, police said in court records.
As the woman turned to open a second door, Horn took her purse off the stroller handle and left the building, according to court records. The purse contained a cellphone, credit cards and cash.
The incident was captured on surveillance video.
Horn was charged with theft.
