An early Wednesday morning shooting injured three people near the intersection of Walnut and East 13th streets.
CINCINNATI - Police are searching for a shooter after three people were injured early Wednesday morning in an attack in Over-the-Rhine.
Police say the shooting happened at about 3:30 a.m. near the intersection of Walnut and East 13th streets.
One of the victims was shot in the back and was driven to a fire station, according to officials. Firefighters took him to the hospital, where he was admitted to surgery.
Police say a woman was also taken to an area hospital after she was shot in the leg while sitting outside when the shooting happened. Officers said they believe she was an innocent bystander.
The third victim was shot in the foot and was taken to an area hospital an hour after the shooting, according to police.
Officials say the suspect ran west on 13th Street after the shooting.
No other details have been released.
