CINCINNATI -- A Mount Airy man accused of sexually assaulting a minor was arraigned Monday morning in a Hamilton County courtroom and given a $10,000 bond.
Delrese Robertson, 27, was arrested Saturday in the 4800 block of Hawiian Terrace after police say he had sexual contact with a 16-year-old.
Robertson knew the victim submitted to the abuse because he or she was unaware of the sexual contact, according to court documents.
Robertson was charged with sexual imposition.
