CINCINNATI - People wearing their best under garments and running shoes lined the streets of Mount Adams Saturday during the fourth annual Cupid's Undie Run for charity.
Hundreds of scantily clad runners met at Longworth's Bar & Restaurant at noon for the yearly 1-mile run through the Mount Adams business district. The event raised money for The Children's Tumor Foundation.
All runners paid $50 to register for the event which was followed up by an awards ceremony and party.
Saturday's race was one of 17 such events taking place in cities across the country. Similar runs were held Feb. 9 in Chicago, San Francisco, New York, Washington, Seattle, Denver, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Nashville, Orlando, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Detroit and Austin, Tx. Cleveland and St. Louis will hold their races Feb. 16.
