CINCINNATI – A man charged in the shooting death of a Westwood man appeared in a Hamilton County courtroom Monday for arraignment and received a $500,000 bond.
Police identified Marshall James Frazier as the man found shot to death in an apartment complex hallway on Nov. 22.
Frazier, 44, was found at 2651 Wendee Drive after District 3 police officers responded to a call of a shooting at 9:57 p.m.
By Saturday morning District 5 officers arrested Mark McGee, 25, for the murder of Frazier.
In court on Monday, McGee was issued a $500,000 bond. His attorney said this was self-defense.
McGee will be in court in December. A date has not been released.
