CINCINNATI -- It’s the season for giving back and there’s a way to just that and show your love of Cincinnati at the same time.
Hoxworth is holding its University of Cincinnati All Campus Blood Drive this week.
The drive runs Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the TUC Great Hall.
Donors will get to take home a free “Cincy” long sleeve shirt for their generosity.
“The UC Blood Drive comes at a critical time as we need to stock the shelves with blood products prior to the holidays and winter months,” Hoxworth spokesperson Alecia Lipton said. “We typically see an increase in usage and a decrease in donations during the holidays, therefore, we are grateful to the students, faculty and staff at UC for rolling up their sleeves and making a lifesaving blood donation.”
