CINCINNATI -- A West Price Hill man charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection to a man’s death in May is scheduled for sentencing in a Hamilton County courtroom Wednesday.
Police say Musembi Hocker, 27, shot Antonio Cornist in the stomach in the 3600 block of Glenway Avenue in East Price Hill on May 23.
Cornist was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he later died from his wounds.
Hocker has been held on a $300,000 bond since his arrest and is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m.
