CINCINNATI -- A man was arrested more than a year ago for the murder of an East Price Hill man and he is scheduled to either enter a plea or set a date for trial Wednesday morning.
Police say Michael Bell, 38, shot and killed 40-year-old Marvin Jones II in the 1200 block of Elberon Avenue on Sept. 4, 2012.
Bell shot Jones multiple times, according to court documents.
He faces murder and weapons charges and is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m.
