Julius White: Dwayne Lamarr Lewis homicide suspect's bond set at $1 million

CINCINNATI – Julius White, the man accused of killing 14-year-old Dwayne Lemarr Lewis received a $1 million bond Monday morning in Hamilton County court.

White was arrested by the Cincinnati Police Fugitive Unit Saturday and charged with aggravated murder for the shooting death of Lewis.

Lewis' body was found by police in the middle of the street near the intersection of Blaine Road and Knox Street in South Fairmount Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Lewis was declared dead on the scene.

The teenager attended Carpe Diem-Aiken in College Hill, a tuition-free charter school for 7-12 grade students sponsored by Cincinnati Public Schools.
