Police: Man demands OxyContin at pharmacy

CINCINNATI - A man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly robbed a downtownCincinnati pharmacy last week.

Police say 30-year-old Eric Owens handed a threatening note to apharmacist at Moore's Pharmacy downtown on May 24.

The note that Owens handed the pharmacist read "I want all ofthe OxyContin now or I'm going to start shooting."

The pharmacist complied, giving Owens the OxyContin before hefled.

Police identified Owens using traffic cams, a description from awitness and his fingerprints on the demand note. Owens alsoallegedly admitted the crime to police.

Owens is charged with three counts of aggravated robbery andremains behind bars on a $325,000 bond.
