UC students attempt to break Guinness World Record

CINCINNATI - Beta Theta Pi with the help of University of Cincinnati studentsare organizing an attempt to break the Guinness World Record forplaying the largest game of knockout on Sunday Oct. 10.

Knockout is a basketball game in which players try to make thebasket before the player in front of them does.

The current record is 146. Students are expecting anywhere from200-300 participants on Sunday at the University of Cincinnati'sRec Center.

Beta Theta Pi students from Miami University, University ofDayton and Eastern Kentucky will also participate in the event.

Participants will receive a free t-shirt along with otherprizes, and a copy of the Guinness World Record certificate ifsuccessful.
