Keontis Clark: Charged with shooting a Camp Washington used car lot employee, heads back to court

CINCINNATI -- An 18-year-old charged with shooting a used car lot employee in the face in Camp Washington is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Thursday morning to either enter a plea or set a date for trial.

Police charged Keontis Clark, 18, with felonious assault and he is being held on $200,000 bond.

The incident took place just before 10 p.m. on July 11 at Uni Auto Sales located at 2800 Colerain Ave. near Marshall Avenue.

Police at the scene said Clark got into an argument over work done to his car, pulled out a gun and shot Emmanuel Majok just below his left eye.

The victim spoke with investigators at the scene and reportedly identified the shooter before he was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Police told 9 On Your Side reporter Brian Yocono Clark was standing at the scene while they investigated.

Clark's listed address is just a block away from the body shop.

He is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m.
