21-year-old Dominique Griffin was in court after allegedly brought his 7-month-old son to a drug deal.
CINCINNATI - A Tri-State father is charged with selling heroin with his 7-month-old infant by his side Thursday.
Dominique Griffin, a 21-year-old from Roselawn, was arrested Thursday afternoon in a parking lot at 4781 Reading Road in Bond Hill.
Griffin was allegedly observed by officers in an apparent drug transaction. Officers then found heroin in a diaper bag in his possession.
A vice unit with Cincinnati police made the arrest with cooperation from Norwood's drug unit, according to court records.
Griffin is charged with drug possession, drug trafficking, and child endangering.
A judge set Griffin's bond at $25,000 during a court hearing Friday morning.
Officials have not released any additional details at this time.
