CINCINNATI - A Tri-State father is charged with selling heroin with his 7-month-old infant by his side Thursday.

Dominique Griffin, a 21-year-old from Roselawn, was arrested Thursday afternoon in a parking lot at 4781 Reading Road in Bond Hill.

Griffin was allegedly observed by officers in an apparent drug transaction. Officers then found heroin in a diaper bag in his possession.

A vice unit with Cincinnati police made the arrest with cooperation from Norwood's drug unit, according to court records.

Griffin is charged with drug possession, drug trafficking, and child endangering.
