COVINGTON, Ky. -- St. Elizabeth Healthcare will offer free diabetes screenings Thursday in recognition of World Diabetes Day.
The screenings are available at St. Elizabeth Covington Diabetes Center from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.
Other screenings and information offered:
- Foot screenings provided by Dr. Greg Worley
- Wound Care Center-proper foot care tips
- Meals 4 You-food tastings
- Ask a Diabetic Educator
- Risk Assessment from the American Diabetes Association
- A1C testing
Bill Ritchey will also be available to talk about how he overcame Type II diabetes.
