HAMILTON, Ohio -- A Hamilton man was indicted Wednesday morning after a 1-year-old boy sustained fatal injuries while in his care.
Dylan Tompkins was arrested on August 2 after Hamilton police were called to 15 Marlou Drive to investigate reports of an unresponsive male toddler.
The child was transported to Fort Hamilton Hospital and later moved to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Tompkins is charged with one count of child endangering and one count of murder.
He has been held on a $150,000 bond since his arrest.
