CINCINNATI -- Looking to donate blood and score a free Bengals T-shirt?
Wednesday marks the 12th annual Bengals Blood Drive and “all stripes welcome.”
The Cincinnati Bengals have teamed up with Hoxworth Blood Center and University of Cincinnati to host the drive from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Paul Brown Stadium.
“This drive is festive, fun and can make a difference in the lives of more than one thousand patients,” said Alecia Lipton, Hoxworth spokesperson. Lipton said the Bengals Blood Drive is the largest single-day blood drive in Greater Cincinnati.
Donors will receive a free Bengals T-shirt and free parking at the stadium.
Donors will also be entered to win a trip for two to the 2014 Pro Bowl in Hawaii.
Hoxworth Blood Center will be celebrating “Bengals Week” at all of its donor centers.
Donors who give at a Neighborhood Donor Center September 30, October 1, 3, 4 or 5 will receive also receive a Bengals T-shirt and be automatically registered for the Pro Bowl Trip for two.
Neighborhood Donor Centers will be closed on Wednesday, Oct. 2 due to Hoxworth staff working at the Bengals blood drive.
