CINCINNATI -- An accused killer skipped his scheduled court appearance Monday morning and a judge issued an order for his arrest.
Dominic Weaver, 26, is accused of shooting and killing 32-year-old Antonio Wright in the 1700 block of Race Street on June 9.
He was scheduled to face murder and weapons charges.
